It’s so hard to write “about” yourself, isn’t it? I mean, almost all of my posts stem from my life in some way, but to sit down and write about me… that’s a different story.
I guess I’ll start with the basics: I’m Sarah, a six-foot-one, blonde-haired, blue-eyed, California transplant now living in New York City with her (completely awesome) husband Davis. Hospital supply chain ninja by day, baker/writer/runner by night.
Other things about me: I ran my first marathon in October (the Victoria GoodLife Marathon, which was incredible!) with Team In Training, which raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – read about my experience here. I love anything Italian, and while I’m not fluent in the language, I’m trying to get there. Traveling makes me feel alive – I love seeing different parts of the world. Country music is my guilty pleasure, and Harry Potter always cheers me up. I’m a neat freak, an optimist, a people person, a Hufflepuff, a listener, a big sister, and the person to come to if you need a hug. I love learning and life and sunshine, though I like the rain more.
So glad you came to visit – thanks for stopping by 🙂
